DFSA is relocating!

We're excited to announce that Dress for Success Austin is moving locations! After almost 20 years in our East Austin office, we're relocating to 3000 S IH35, Ste. 180, Austin, TX 78704 this October.

We are so thankful for the memories we've made, the community we've created and the support we've received in our East Austin home, but we can't wait to bring the same energy into our new space! Our new space is about a 10-minute drive from our East Austin office, right off of South I-35. The building is owned by fellow nonprofit Foundation Communities and houses several other nonprofits that can offer additional support to our clients.

Important Dates + Information:

  • August 11: We are no longer accepting clothing donations at our current office, but starting November 8, you will be able to drop off professional clothing at our new office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-2pm.

  • August 19, 20 and September 10: We're preparing for the move by cleaning out our inventory with three Shop for Success moving sales! Come shop the racks, our Poshmark closet and curated Impact Vintage for sustainable fashion that supports your community. RSVP here.

  • September 20: This is the last day of in-person services at our East Austin office AND the last day to request clothing packages before we move. September 23 will be the last day to pick up clothing packages.

  • September 21-October 10: While we move into our new space, DFSA will be closed for in-person services.

    • Virtual services will still be available during the move! Book your appointment here!

    • We're looking for volunteer groups to help with the move during this time. If you're interested, sign up here!

  • October 11: Our new location will officially be open for in-person client services! Our hours of operation will remain the same (Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-4pm) and we will continue offering in-person and virtual services.

  • November 3: Save the date for our open house event, and check out our new space! Details and official invite to come.

Attention Supporters:

With rising rent pushing us out of East Austin and a costly move ahead of us, our top priority is to continue allocating the majority of our budget toward the services and resources our clients rely on.

Any contribution you can make will allow us to continue growing our workforce development programs and helping women succeed. We appreciate your ongoing support as we enter this new chapter! Donate here.
