About the Role: 

To support the expansion of their Austin operations, Sabey is adding a Administrative Specialist to their Business Operations team. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this role is pivotal in managing purchasing functions, vendor contracts, department accounting, and supporting the broader data center operations team across multiple regions. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking 

  • Managing vendor service contracts and RFPs 

  • Liaising with accounting, legal, and operations teams 

  • Using ERP tools, Excel, and AI platforms to streamline workflows 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or 2–3 years bookkeeping experience 

  • Experience with purchasing preferred 

  • Strong Excel skills; ERP and AI tool experience a plus 

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative 

Salary Range: $54,475 – $78,989, depending on experience 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, ideally 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
