The Path to Employment program was designed to make your job search not only more successful, but also more manageable and rewarding with a mentor by your side.
Over the course of six consecutive weeks, you'll build a relationship with your mentor and master the important elements of a successful job search.

WorldWide Workshop: Vision Boards
Take the first step toward creating your future! This interactive session will help you design a virtual vision board inspired by your story, your dreams, and your legacy. It's the perfect way to kickstart your career planning with heart and intention.
This workshop is a part of DFS’s partnership with The Links, Incorporated. Chapter members are life coaches and senior executives who bring their expertise to this creative session focused on aspiration and action.

Using AI to Stand Out on LinkedIn with The Adecco Group
In this interactive one-hour session, participants will experience a live demonstration of how to craft a compelling LinkedIn presence that showcases their unique value. Rather than creating generic content Christian Ulstrup, an AI Implementation Expert, will demonstrate how to use AI tools to draw out your authentic professional voice and translate your experiences into engaging LinkedIn posts that capture attention.
Participants will witness the complete process from idea to execution, including:
Creating standout LinkedIn posts that highlight your unique expertise
Enhancing your LinkedIn profile to attract the right professional opportunities
Using AI tools to overcome the "blank page problem" and transform your experiences into compelling content
Building interactive elements that demonstrate your skills in action
