Are you craving structure and support in your job search? We can help with that! Sign up for our Path to Employment (P2E) program to work through our six-week course with a personal mentor cheering you along every step of the way.

What is P2E?

Path to Employment was born after DFSA found that women who meet one-on-one with volunteers more than once have a higher chance of succeeding in their job searches. Our goal is to provide a program that allows women to connect with mentors for personalized support and work through each step of the job search process together for a structured approach.

P2E is a six-week course that follows a guided curriculum. Mentee/mentor pairs meet once per week to cover each module: Meet & Greet, Goal Setting, AI Tools, Resume & Cover Letter Writing, LinkedIn Profile Building, Job Search Strategizing, and Interview Preparation.

2026 Application Periods:
Winter Cohort (Starts Jan): Applications concluded
Spring Cohort (Starts Mar): Feb 1st – Feb 20th
Summer I Cohort (Starts May): Apr 1st – Apr 24th
Summer II Cohort (Starts Jul): Jun 1st – Jun 19th
Fall Cohort (Starts Sep): Aug 1st – Aug 21st

Application Requirements:
• Currently housed
• High school diploma or GED
• Actively seeking full-time employment
• Must be a Current DFSA Client
• Have attended at least 2 Career Coaching appointments
• Can commit to meeting 1x/week for 6 consecutive weeks
