The New Year often asks us to "do more," but at EmpowerHER, we believe in becoming more. As we step into 2026, we invite you to our first session of the year: AlchemizeHER. In honor of National Self-Love Month, we aren't just setting resolutions; we are practicing Love Alchemy.

Alchemy is the ancient art of transformation—taking the base metals of our lives (the doubts, the past versions of ourselves, and the "not enough" narratives) and transmuting them into pure gold.

What:  In this healing and empowering session, we will dive deep into the Art of Reinvention. You will leave with:

• The Alchemy Framework: A 3-step process to shift your self-talk from critical to catalytic.

• The Reinvention Ritual: A guided exercise to honor who you were while stepping into who you are becoming.

• Community Connection: A safe space to share and heal alongside your EmpowerHER sisters.

*Attendance Policy: In order to encourage for Success Members to get the most out of each session, participants joining the workshop any later than 10min after the start time will be marked as unattended and be ineligible for workshop raffles or incentives.
