We offer a supportive community to bolster the job seeker, someone who may be: experiencing a layoff; returning to the workforce after several years; seeking a career change; is one of the many new folks who has moved to Central Texas, or even the out-of-stater who has found us on the internet or through outplacement.  

We at Launch Pad recognize losing a job can be a real “deer in the headlights” moment. We provide current information on how to conduct a successful job search, and a community to support you on this journey.
