In partnership with TJ Maxx’s The Maxx You Project, Dress for Success has established the Maxx You Project Grants, a scholarship program designed to empower women personally and professionally. Through these grants, TJ Maxx and Dress for Success continue their mission to support women to be their “Maxx” selves – their true selves – to confidently express who you are in your career and beyond.

Who can apply?

• You are pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in the United States.

• You are a college sophomore, junior, senior or graduate level student.

• You must be enrolled and actively learning in Fall 2025. 

• We welcome applicants who identify as women.

• Preference given to applicants active with Dress for Success.
