Join Austin Equity and Inclusion for a LGBTQIA+ Bystander Intervention Training designed to help community members transform from passive witnesses into confident upstanders. This session, developed in partnership with Equality Texas, will guide participants through understanding the bystander effect, learning the “5 D’s” of safe intervention, and practicing real-world scenarios across workplace and community settings.
