This 4-hour workshop is designed for entrepreneurs looking to build a strong business plan. In this hands-on session, you’ll work on your own plan using clear templates and practical tools. Learn how to estimate start-up costs, analyze your market, and evaluate your competition. With a working lunch and group discussions to help break up the day, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and overcome common challenges. All participants will leave with a helpful toolkit full of templates, guides and other resources to help keep the momentum going after this session. This workshop is eligible for the City of Austin Business Skills Certificate Program.
